Concept & costing
You get a written proposal with theme direction, venue options, a line-by-line budget and a 3D stage render where it helps. Usually within 24 hours.
STEP 03
Venue lock & vendors
We hold the venue, confirm caterers, sound, lights, décor and talent, and share the full vendor list so you know exactly who is on site and when.
STEP 04
Run-sheet & rehearsal
A minute-by-minute run-sheet goes to your team, the host and every vendor. Speeches, AV cues and award sequences are rehearsed before doors open.
STEP 05
Event day
Our crew is on site from setup to teardown. Your dedicated manager stays on radio, handles the unexpected, and keeps the programme on time.
STEP 06
Handover
Photos and video delivered, vendor accounts settled, and a short debrief on what worked — so next year's event starts ahead instead of from zero.

Answers before you message.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a large annual dinner or convention. Smaller events and town halls can be turned around in a week or two. If your date is close, message us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
What does a corporate event cost in Karachi?
It depends on guest count, venue and production scale. Costing is built line by line — venue, catering per head, production, décor, talent and management fee — so you can see what each part costs and cut where you want to.
Can you work with a venue we've already booked?
Yes. We regularly come in as the production and management partner at hotels, halls, farmhouses, offices and factory sites, and coordinate directly with the venue team.
Do you handle events outside Karachi?
Yes — Hyderabad, Thatta and elsewhere in Sindh, and other cities on request. Travel and accommodation for the crew is listed separately in the proposal.
Who is on site during the event?
A dedicated event manager plus the production crew, from setup through to teardown. You get one number to call instead of a list of vendors.
What are the payment terms?
An advance to confirm the date and lock vendors, a second instalment before setup, and the balance after the event. Terms are stated in writing in the proposal.
Do you provide photos and video?
Yes. Stills, multi-camera video, drone coverage where permitted, and same-night highlight edits if you need something to post while the event is still fresh.
